How it works
Step 1
Fill out the application form below to ensure we will love working together. Shortly afterwards I’ll be in touch via email.
Please note a smartphone is required.
Step 2
In the email reaching out to you will be instructions to sign up for the Healthie app, which we will use to communicate via chat and have video calls. It will also include instructions on how to track your daily activity, food/drink intake, and sleep by the hour for 3 days within the Healthie app. This allows me to get a real sense of where you’re starting in each category and what your life is like. Afterwards, I’ll send you lifestyle -evaluation questionnaires to fill out through Healthie.
Step 3
We will have a 1-hour initial video meeting to go over all the information you’ve provided. I’ll have reviewed everything prior to our meeting so I can highlight the areas for improvement. There will likely be several so you’ll pick which one you want to start with. We’ll set a weekly commitment for an area of change and plan for implementing it. We will troubleshoot and plan for both smooth and challenging days.
Step 4
You will implement the commitment for 10 days, tracking through the Healthie app, which I will have access to in real time. You will have access to me daily through the Healthie app. You can send a voice note or text message through the Healthie chat regarding your progress and/or any roadblocks. I will respond with a voice note or text message Monday through Friday 9-5pm, within 24-36 hours of your message. This let’s us troubleshoot in real time instead of after the fact, leading to better results. You’ll have me, your coach, in your pocket every day.
Step 5
After 10 days, I will reach out to you via Healthie chat with a text or voice message for a review session. I’ll give you specific questions to answer recapping the last 10 days - the wins and challenges. I will send you the next weekly commitment for an area of change and ask you to plan for implementing it, troubleshooting as always.
With this system you’ll get to do this on your own time, whenever it fits your schedule instead of having carve out 30 minutes to video call with me every 10 days. This makes it sustainable.
Rinse and Repeat
We will continue this process for about 40 days, then have a 35-minute video call to measure progress and re-chart our course of action.
